4 Tbsp   epis

1 tsp  Cayenne pepper

2 tsp  Salt

1  Bouillon Cube

¼ tsp  Baking soda

800grams  Malanga (grated fine)

2 cups  Vegetable oil

1- Mix spices and Malanga.

2- Add oil to a frying pan. Oil should be at least 2 inches high.

3- Using a knife, lay batter on the knife; about 3 inches long. Then slide in the hot oil. Turn the other side once golden. The first one takes about 10 minutes. The last ones about 5 minutes. Bon Appétit.
