Rice Shella – Riz Shella.
1) Rinse with water 2 to 3 times. Remove any husk.
2) Boil 3 cups of water.
3) Add 1.5 cups of Riz Shella (Shella rice) to the boiling water.
4) Add 2 Tablespoon of oil.
5) Add 1/4 tsp salt (more if desired).
6) Let boil.
7) When there is no more water on top of the rice. Put the heat on low and cover the pan so the rice can finish cooking.
8) Once cooked. Turn off heat. Serve warm.
